Programme descriptions, dates, prices and availability must be confirmed by the academy before a booking or purchase is treated as final. Sending a form creates a request, not a guaranteed place.
Educational resources
Resources and games are provided for general educational support. They do not guarantee an examination result, school offer or academic outcome. Parents remain responsible for deciding whether content is appropriate for their child.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass access controls, submit false information or redistribute copyrighted materials beyond any licence supplied with them.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, website copy, branding, activities and resources belong to Summer Boost Academy or its licensors. Downloaded resources are for the receiving family's personal educational use.
Changes
The academy may update programme information and these terms. Material booking or purchase terms should be presented clearly at the point of confirmation.
