1. About Us

Summer Boost Academy is a summer school programme based in South-West London offering academic support and multi-sport activities to children aged 5 to 16. Sessions are held in person at Norbury Manor Primary School.

2. Eligibility

By enrolling a child, you confirm:

• You are the parent or legal guardian of the child being registered.
• The child is between 5 and 16 years old at the time of participation.
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are made online via https://summerboost.co.uk.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of booking.
• A booking is only confirmed once full payment is received.
• We reserve the right to reject a booking for any reason, including capacity limits or safeguarding concerns.

4. Safeguarding and Behaviour

• We are committed to child safety and follow UK safeguarding guidelines.
• Children must behave respectfully toward staff and peers. Bullying, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the programme without refund.
• Any medical, behavioural, or support needs must be disclosed during booking so we can provide appropriate care.

5. Liability

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of the information on this website, we do not warrant that the content is error-free or uninterrupted. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this website.

6. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

By enrolling a child, you agree to:

• Ensure your child is fit and well to participate.
• Notify us promptly of any changes to medical or emergency contact details.
• Cooperate with our staff on behavioural or support matters.

7. Use of Our Website

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or misuse content or media on the site without permission.
• Interfere with the site's operation, functionality, or security.
• Submit false or misleading information during booking or contact.
