Summer Boost Academy is responsible for personal information submitted through this website. Privacy requests can be sent using the contact details shown on this site.
Information we collect
Forms may request a parent or guardian's name, email address and telephone number, together with limited information needed to recommend a programme or review a booking request. This may include a child's first name, age or year group, target exam, target schools and support or accessibility information that a parent chooses to provide.
Why we use it
Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess programme suitability, manage booking requests, provide requested resources and maintain a record of consent. Marketing messages are sent only where a separate optional consent has been provided.
Children's information
Forms are intended to be completed by a parent or legal guardian. Do not submit unnecessary medical, safeguarding or highly sensitive information through a general website form. Contact the academy directly where a confidential conversation is required.
Storage and sharing
Website submissions are stored in the academy's secured database and may be processed by hosting, database and email providers acting on the academy's instructions. Information is not sold. Access should be limited to authorised personnel.
Retention
Records are retained only for as long as they are needed to respond, administer a requested service, meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. Records that are no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised in line with the academy's approved retention schedule.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw optional marketing consent. Legal obligations may require some records to be retained.
